CANCELLATION POLICY – Due to the nature of the business, I uphold a strict 30 day cancellation policy.  Cancellations made more than 30 days prior to scheduled charter are transferable (up to 3 month window from original date) and/or fully refundable. Cancellations made less than 30 days prior to scheduled charter results in no refund; however, deposit often times can be transferable for a re-scheduled date, if available and agreed upon by Captain and Client (up to 3 month window from original date).  Cancellations made 10 days or less before scheduled charter, FULL PAYMENT IS STILL DUE.  No exceptions.

WEATHER POLICY – South Texas weather can often times be unpredictable.  Sudden changes in weather patterns can and sometimes do occur.  Less than ideal higher winds, drizzle and/or light rain are often times not considered to be extreme weather related events that would cause a scheduled charter to be “rained out”. Please note that the safety of ALL of my clients IS my #1 priority, at ALL times.  Any possibility of a cancellation will be consulted with client prior to scheduled charter.   HOWEVER, as Captain, I ultimately have final say/make the final decision.  IF conditions are deemed as “un-safe”, your deposit can be transferable (up to 3 month window from original date) or refundable.
